Housing and Infra Reforms

Our Plan
Housing & Infrastructure Reforms

-
A powerful Ministry of Housing & Infrastructure will control every inch of this space—construction, prices, rentals, supply, quality and city planning. No more chaos—only control, speed, and results.
-
The real estate market has become a casino—where homes are not for living, but for hoarding and flipping. This speculation is destroying affordability, pushing youth and families into despair. To fix this, we will take full control: ban speculative buying, cap ownership, restrict foreign investors, and flood the market with government-built housing to destroy the monopoly of private profiteers. Housing is a right, not a stock.
-
The government will own major assets and construction companies to control costs, finish projects on time, and crush the greedy market forces driving up prices. Housing isn’t a luxury—it’s a right, and it will be built without delay or economic drama.
-
Entire housing sector will be controlled by the government to ensure affordable access.
-
Construction industry will be flooded with resources and materials to ensure timely project completion.
-
Adequate housing supply will always be maintained — deliberately more than required — to stop price hikes in the property market.
-
High-rises will flood the skyline—massive towers with spacious, affordable homes built fast and in bulk. Permits will be unlocked like never before to crush the rental crisis. These towering homes will be built especially for the youth, giving them space, dignity, and a real shot at saving money and living fully.
-
Massive public housing projects.
-
Rent caps and forced control of housing inflation, especially in urban centers where the youth are most impacted.
-
Electricity and utilities will be managed by the government to keep household costs low.
-
Government will build and operate public construction companies to eliminate reliance on private profiteers.
-
Every major city will have 3 Central Business Districts (CBDs), all connected by high-speed rail. This will decentralize economic activity, curb the pressure building in city centers, reduce commute times, and spread opportunity equally across urban regions.
-
National standards for minimum street width and plot sizes will be enforced to guarantee quality urban living. No more rabbit-hole cities. Greedy developers will no longer shrink streets and homes for profit while destroying the standard of living. Quality and dignity in housing will be law.
-
A robust, futuristic public transport system to discourage car dependency and urban congestion.
-
Dedicated youth and teenage housing projects across cities to help young people grow through shared living, building friendships, real-life emotional experiences, and becoming responsible, compassionate citizens.
